The Kronospan International Full English Course provides a complete 60-minute one-to-one session, giving employees the space to explore language in greater depth and put it properly into practice.
Each lesson is shaped around the employee’s level, professional responsibilities and individual communication needs.
A session might begin with conversation, move into a recurring grammar or vocabulary difficulty and then finish by applying that language through a realistic workplace situation.
Or the entire lesson might be dedicated to something important that’s coming up — an international meeting, presentation, difficult conversation, report or professional discussion.
The additional time also allows us to work across several connected skills.
An employee preparing a presentation, for example, may need vocabulary, sentence structure, pronunciation, presentation technique and practice answering unexpected questions.
Rather than treating these as separate subjects, we bring them together around the real professional task.
