Private English lesson for a teenage student
Private English · One-to-One

Private English for teenagers — built around them.

Individual English lessons shaped around each teenager’s level, personality and goals — from school support and exam confidence to fluent, natural communication for the real world.

Teenagers One-to-One Personalised Learning

One student. One teacher. One programme that adapts.

Every teenager learns differently. Private English gives the teacher the space to identify exactly where a student is strong, where they hesitate and what will make the greatest difference to their progress.

Lessons combine natural conversation with targeted work on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, listening, reading and writing. Where needed, sessions can also support school English, homework, presentations or preparation for upcoming assessments.

Because there is no need to move at the pace of a group, the lesson can slow down when something needs attention and move ahead quickly when the student is ready. The result is a course that feels personal, purposeful and much more responsive to the individual learner.

The wider goal is confidence: helping teenagers stop worrying about perfect English long enough to actually use it, while steadily building the accuracy and range they need for school, travel, future study and everyday communication.

  • Conversation & Confidence
One-to-one speaking practice gives students more time to talk, ask questions, make mistakes safely and develop the confidence to express themselves without relying on translation.
  • Grammar, Vocabulary & Pronunciation
Targeted language work focuses on the areas the individual student actually needs, with grammar and vocabulary connected directly to practical communication.
  • School English & Academic Support
Lessons can include help with school topics, homework, written work, presentations and revision while still keeping the programme broader than the school syllabus.
  • A Pace That Fits the Student
The teacher can revisit difficult areas, extend stronger skills and adapt lesson content around the student’s interests, progress and changing goals.
