Service Description
Our Online Adult English Conversation classes are designed for learners who want to improve fluency, confidence, and communication skills from the comfort of their own home. These live, teacher-led sessions focus on real conversation, helping students speak more naturally and comfortably in English for everyday life, travel, and professional situations. Lessons are interactive and discussion-based, with carefully guided topics that encourage participation and meaningful exchange. Vocabulary and grammar are introduced naturally within conversation, allowing learners to refine accuracy while developing spontaneity and ease when speaking. Small groups ensure that every participant has time to speak, listen, and engage. Above all, these classes offer a relaxed yet structured online environment where adults can practise English without pressure. The emphasis is on progress, clarity, and confidence — supporting learners as they develop practical spoken English and enjoy connecting with others through language.
Cancellation Policy
Private Lesson Booking Policy Booking & Payment All private lessons must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Payment is made in person after the lesson. Monthly payment arrangements may be agreed in advance where applicable. Cancellations & Rescheduling Lessons may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed lessons, are charged in full. Teacher Cancellations If a lesson is cancelled by the teacher, it will be rescheduled or credited at no cost to the student. Punctuality Students are expected to arrive on time. Late arrival does not extend the lesson duration. Validity of Lessons Lessons and lesson packages must be used within the agreed timeframe and are non-transferable. Exceptional Circumstances We understand that emergencies happen and always aim to be fair and flexible where possible.
