Cancellation Policy

Private Lesson Booking Policy Booking & Payment All private lessons must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Payment is made in person after the lesson. Monthly payment arrangements may be agreed in advance where applicable. Cancellations & Rescheduling Lessons may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed lessons, are charged in full. Teacher Cancellations If a lesson is cancelled by the teacher, it will be rescheduled or credited at no cost to the student. Punctuality Students are expected to arrive on time. Late arrival does not extend the lesson duration. Validity of Lessons Lessons and lesson packages must be used within the agreed timeframe and are non-transferable. Exceptional Circumstances We understand that emergencies happen and always aim to be fair and flexible where possible.
