Service Description
Our English for School Support lessons are designed for children and teenagers who need extra help to improve their English at school, build confidence, and keep up with classroom expectations. Whether a student is struggling with grammar, reading, writing, or understanding instructions, these lessons provide structured support in a calm and encouraging environment. Lessons are tailor-made to each student’s needs and aligned with what they are learning at school. We focus on strengthening key skills such as vocabulary, sentence structure, comprehension, and spoken English, while also helping students understand homework, prepare for tests, and develop effective study habits. Concepts are explained clearly and patiently, allowing students to progress at their own pace. Our aim is not only to improve results, but to help students feel more confident and independent in their learning. By reinforcing classroom content and addressing gaps early, we help children approach school with greater confidence, reduced stress, and a more positive attitude towards English.
Cancellation Policy
Private Lesson Booking Policy Booking & Payment All private lessons must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Payment is made in person after the lesson. Monthly payment arrangements may be agreed in advance where applicable. Cancellations & Rescheduling Lessons may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed lessons, are charged in full. Teacher Cancellations If a lesson is cancelled by the teacher, it will be rescheduled or credited at no cost to the student. Punctuality Students are expected to arrive on time. Late arrival does not extend the lesson duration. Validity of Lessons Lessons and lesson packages must be used within the agreed timeframe and are non-transferable. Exceptional Circumstances We understand that emergencies happen and always aim to be fair and flexible where possible.
