Service Description

Every tutor is different, and every student learns in their own way. For this reason, the trial lesson is a fundamental part of our teaching approach. The purpose of the trial lesson is to establish whether the teacher’s method and the student are a good match. It allows both student and teacher to get to know each other, set expectations, and create a comfortable learning environment from the very beginning. During the trial lesson, the teacher will assess the student’s level of English, learning style, needs, and goals. This may include listening, speaking, reading, or writing activities, depending on the student’s age and level. Based on this assessment, the teacher may recommend a specific learning approach, a different lesson format, or, where appropriate, a different teacher better suited to the student’s needs. Most importantly, the trial lesson is an opportunity to set the trajectory of the learning journey. It ensures that future lessons are well-structured, purposeful, and aligned with the student’s objectives, creating a strong foundation for progress and long-term success.
